(I) GENERAL INFORMATION 

  1. We take matters related to privacy protection extremely seriously. We respect and safeguard all personal data entrusted to us. Below, we provide detailed information on how and why we collect, gather, and process personal data, as well as the methods we employ to protect such data.
  2. In the Republic of Poland, all matters related to the protection of personal data are regulated by the Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data, with supervision over the proper implementation of the provisions of this act carried out by the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO) https://uodo.gov.pl All legal acts must be complementary to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  3. This is the first version of our Privacy Policy, which is effective as of January 1, 2025. It complies with the Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).
  4. Utilizing our service signifies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. In the event of any doubts or disagreement with the provisions contained herein, users should refrain from taking any actions, utilizing our services, or providing their personal data, including filling out any forms available on our websites.

(III) TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA AND METHODS OF COLLECTION 

  1. For the purposes of conducting business activities, only data necessary for the proper execution of services provided are collected.
  2. Data is provided voluntarily, after obtaining the User’s consent.
  3. The following data is collected:

      • Identity data provided directly by the User for the purpose of obtaining a service quote: first name, last name, email address, phone number;
      • Communication data provided directly by the User or indirectly through a communication operator: first name, last name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp profile name, Messenger profile name; 
      • Payment data provided directly by the User: first name, last name, email address, postal address, payment card number, payment card expiration date, CVV code; 
      • Data for the purpose of website management – profile data created during login to the website, provided directly by the User and/or automatically collected: first name, last name, email address, username, password, cookies – cookies are collected in accordance with the cookie policy available on the website; 
      • Demographic data voluntarily provided during the completion of feedback surveys: first name, last name, age, address. 

 

(IV) PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

  1. User data is processed solely for the purpose of service execution.
  2. Purposes of data processing:


      • To facilitate the opening of a User account;
      • To identify the User – recognizing the individual as a Platform User, entitled to utilize a specific service;
      • To grant the User access to functions and services provided by the Company;
      • To enable service execution;
      • To ensure communication with the User during service execution and in post-sale support;
      • For transfer reservation – to submit a transfer order;
      • To facilitate the transfer order to the driver executing the transfer;
      • To process payments and conduct all transactions related to the services rendered;
      • To prevent fraud against the User and/or against the Company.
    1. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
        • The Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000);
        • The Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

 

(V) RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA 

  1. Transmission of collected data: 
      • Collected data may be shared with employees, collaborators, and subcontractors, each time under explicit written confidentiality agreements and only to the extent necessary for the execution of the assigned tasks;
      • Collected data in their entirety may be transmitted to the relevant state authorities (courts, police, public administration institutions) upon their explicit written request.

 

(VI) SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA 

  1. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures commensurate with the risks and the categories of data to protect the entrusted personal data from unauthorized disclosure, use, acquisition, or destruction.
  2. Where technologically feasible, encryption and other available security technologies are employed.
  3. Employees, collaborators, and subcontractors are formally obligated to comply with privacy and data protection requirements.
  4. Access to personal data and management thereof is restricted solely to authorized and trained personnel.
  5. To eliminate, or where impossible, minimize potential impacts of independent factors (force majeure), the Company employs highly qualified specialists ensuring the application of the latest technical solutions to prevent potential threats.

 

(VII) RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

  1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
  2. At any time, the User has the right to access their data and to receive copies thereof.
  3. At any time, the User has the right to request rectification or modification of their personal data.
  4. At any time, the User has the right to request restriction of the processing of their personal data.
  5. At any time, the User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
  6. At any time, the User has the right to request deletion of their personal data.
  7. The User has the right to data portability.
  8. The User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  9. Upon completion of service provision, personal data will be retained for no less than the statutory limitation period (14 days) and no longer than 5 years or until the User requests its deletion, if such request occurs earlier.

 

(VIII) FINAL REMARKS 

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
  2. Users will be informed of any changes via the publication of updates on the Service’s website.
